A M G Insights Innovations Private Limited provides digital and professional services, so we do not ship physical products. This policy explains how your work is delivered.
No physical shipping
Because our work is delivered digitally, no courier, postal or freight shipping is involved, and no shipping or handling charges apply. You do not need to give us a delivery address.
How we deliver
Depending on the project, we deliver your work through one or more of these, as agreed in your proposal:
- Email or secure file links for designs, documents, reports and data files.
- Repository access for source code, transferred to your account.
- Deployment of websites and apps to your hosting, cloud or app store accounts.
- Online access to dashboards and reports.
Delivery timelines
Dates and milestones are set out in your proposal or statement of work. Timelines start once the agreement is signed, any advance payment is received, and we have the content and access needed to begin.
Delays
Delivery can be affected by late feedback or content, changes in scope, third-party reviews such as app store approval, or events beyond our reasonable control. If a delay is likely, we will tell you promptly and agree a revised date with you.
Confirmation of delivery
Work is treated as delivered once it has been sent to the email address or account you nominated, or made available at the agreed location. Please tell us promptly if you cannot access anything.
Third-party products
Domains, hosting, software licences and other third-party products bought on your behalf are delivered by their providers under those providers’ terms.
